Robin
Campbell joined Diversity Dance Workshop in 1994, volunteering a year of
service in Seattle before traveling to Germany in 1995. Paired with another
dancer to help kick start Diversity Dance Theater in Germany, she spent one
month training the workshop and moved to Germany six months later. After two
years of touring with the group as co-Artistic Director, Road Manager and
Dancer, she handed over the reins and pursued a career in commercial dance
and modeling. With a dance technique background in ballet, jazz dance, and
lyrical, Robin branched out into hip hop, breakdance, modern dance, pantomime
and clowning - working for commercial agencies and clients throughout Europe.
Nine years later, she returned to the US and graduated from UCLA in 2006 with
degrees in World Arts and Cultures/Dance and German Studies.
